Excellent choice for a quick city stay !

We did not eat breakfast as we had an early flight. Everything was very good. Room and bathroom very nice and modern / renovated and bed extremely comfortable Location of hotel is very good The staff was exceptional ! Nice, friendly and very helpful Only disappointment was lack of Amy type of view of Lisbon The welcome drink and discount coupons to the restaurant were a nice touch

Superb

Good value for a business trip and relaxing stays

Atmosphere of a genuine 4*: superb staff, superior cleanliness, perfume in the lobby, excellent soundproofing. My room was quite big, including a bathtub and bidet! The breakfast was a pleasant surprise: lots of choice and fresh fruit, I would recommend it. Finally, fast WiFi (45 mbps, tested) and Pressreader complimentary account (fantastic for major digital newspapers and magazines).

Rates more expensive than average and location is not the best for tourists (still, you can take the metro and be in the city centre in 10 minutes). Also, tech hardware is not great: TV is a dated 32'' and they use their own OS that doesn't allow change image/sound settings, colours were all over the place. Most channels looked streamed and in SD, not acceptable nowadays. Also, I couldn't make it work the vintage Bluetooth speaker and no instructions were provided in the room. These are small bits for me but I think they should address them.

Good value for money and excellent location

Buffet breakfast was great - and they were replenishing food right up until the official finish time at 10.30. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff at reception were fantastic and so friendly. The location was right next to the metro, and bus stop, so very easy to reach all the sites of Lisbon!

I felt that housekeeping could have replenished some of the toiletries - for example the vanity kit was not replenished in the two days we were there, and some of the cleaning could have been better (for example small amounts of build up on the shower head). But generally minor points. Room was small and a little cramped, but we were not in there often so this wasnt an issue
