    Unfortunately, not a place I will book again.
    The staff were very pleasant and helpful
    Unfortunately first impressions last. Not in a good location, carpets in the corridors were stained and very musty smelling, no hot water in the bathroom basin tap until the next morning, very disappointing.

    The only problem was the window that didn't open at all because it's made not to open.

    The restaurant was terrible and extremely slow. Took 1.5 hours for a simple order and then they got everything wrong and the food was cold. It wasn't even busy

    The room was very nice, clean and cozy. Majority of the staff were on top of the game.
    The room didn't have a DND sign inside, it also was leaking when it was raining. The carpet was somehow wet when we arrived. Some of the stuff dropped the ball by forgetting our requests and also not updating us if there will be delays.

    We did not have a chance to eat breakfast. We explained that we had to leave early, no provision was made for us. We left the hotel around 05h30. The least that could have been made was to offer us pre-packed meal. Even though we had paid for breakfast, we were told no refund so, we left it.
    The room was dirty, the water served in the room tasted funny, the shower had cold water, water in the shower was piling up such that it spilt over to the carpet.
