    The property is clean and well maintained, the location, parking and breakfast were up to our expectations.
    The water was warm and not hot, towels were outdated. also while we were checking i was asked for my marriage certificate and i have provided international one stamped by MFA of Morocco and the receptionist was not happy with it she was asking for Moroccan one and i am not living in Morocco i am a resident of UAE and my wife is Russian. Also this law has been changed long time ago in Morocco , i just felt offended and you cant play with your guests and use words of legal and not legal thats my opinion its just one night with my parents and wife . Nothing else.

    Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were incredibly nice.
    While the staff helped me "make things work" they don't offer official luggage storage as stated on Booking.com. Not a problem, but I would have changed my plans had it not been advertised that way to accommodate for the check in time.

    Disappointing.
    Comfy bed, room is clean.
    We arrived evening and quite thirsty, there was no bottled water in the room. I went to the reception to ask for a hot water and asked for a bottled water, I was surprised I was told they cant provide, and they are not even selling water too. Instead I was told to go outside and go to resto/lounge in the next building to buy water. For the price range of their room, I would expect that they have water sold at least I mean it is very basic to offer water for customers. Also, The day security staff did not help us with our luggage and worst did not even open the door. He was literally just standing outside and avoids eye contact perhaps so that he wont be asked for help.
