Washing basin was so high..
No convenient stores near by.
Would not recommend if you dont bring your car.

Superficially the property looked good
Cooking utensils of poor quality and crockery bare minimum. All taps in the property were damaged. Thai houses of this type are typically of a cheap construction, so the houses age badly and require significant maintenance. This house has not had this. Everything is extra. All windows with large stickers with rules for rental. Pool not clean. This is an all pool villa estate, so noisy in the evening. No one respects the 21.00 noise deadline. Villa agents tried toi stick us with an extra charge because the floor mat was dirty.

2.also the water not clean for one day ( big problem)
3. the bath door cant close at 1st fl
4.all the toilets difficult to hard to flush
5. kitchen stuffs not clean too
etc..... more need to write... feel very sad about this trip.

the price very very hight not proper with the facilities and service . The villa quite old and dirty , a lot of ants ,mosquitoes. Outdoor light besides the pool are out of order we felt disappointed with this villa. We will not come back again..sorry
