Excellent hostess, lovely comfortable cottage.

Karen is a superb hostess, greeted us with coffee and cake in a lovely lounge. Breakfast menu is exceptional...full English was lovely and her scrambled eggs were delicious. The cottage is lovely and welcoming and faultless.

Only niggle was for my husband there wasn't a pub within walking distance.

Wonderfully relaxing break

Karen is the perfect host a warm welcome with tea and cake on arrival, a lovely quiet bedroom with comfy bed and everything you could need, including bottled water, biscuits and fresh fruit. Spotlessly clean. Superb breakfast with wide range of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit and extensive choice of cooked breakfasts. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen, who even bought us coffee in the evenings when we were relaxing in the lounge! Definitely be back again.

Chasing trains in Anglia

Great host in Karen. Welcomed from the off with scrumptious tea and cake and subsequently really friendly and helpful. So peaceful a location with countryside views. Breakfast quality and variety outstanding. Will be back
