The perfect stay!

The location was exactly what we hoped for. Right on the doorsteps of the hotel were all the lovely Burford shops & cafes; beautiful & typical for the Cotswolds. When you walk into the hotel it's like an instant warm hug. It's stylish warm & inviting. We had wonderful food for lunch dinner & breakfast. Every single thing we ate on the menu was sublime we could not fault a single element. The cocktails went down a treat too - the salted caramel baileys espresso martini was so yummy!! Our room was warm comfy & stylish too. We slept so well. It was nice to relax in a room that is warm & cosy & not clinical like a lot of hotels these days. We really didn't want to leave! Thanks a million for a wonderful stay & thank you to all the staff who were so sweet & accommodating.

First time I give a 10!

Everything we were looking for, small, cosy, clean hotel with nicely decorated rooms. Special mention for the winter/Christmas feeling with the fireplaces and decorations. We have been upgraded to a suite which was definitely a nice surprise, well appreciated!

Comfortable and happy 2 days.

The hotel is just a short walk from the shops, pubs, and restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Restaurant food extremely good.

No heating in bathroom hence towels remained wet overnight. Not changed by cleaners but replaced when reported. No coffee or biscuits in room, coffee replaced when requested. No hairdryer. Light in bathroom very poor.

Beautiful room at the Prince, loved the little touches, music playing when entered room, earplugs on bedside table. I would certainly book again.

Very good

Second time we went to burford and second time we stayed here.

Nice setting and pub+restaurant in-house + parking. Very nice rooms.

Radiator in bathroom didnt work, we got a space heater so no issue there.

Overall lovely staff.

Food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Breakfast staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. Nice decor. Room very comfortable and clean.

Little cold in the restaurant and casual dining area. Radiator in bathroom did not work. Room was noisy from the room above.

A warm welcome & beautifully decorated for Christmas

Just so welcoming-all the small touches make it extra special. From staff welcome to fresh milk for your room to soft music playing in the room & table lights on (its December. I arrived on a dark wet cold night) Fresh ground coffee in the room not to mention the beautifully designed room & sumptuous bathroom. Food Menu was excellent.
