    I am English but live in Spain , I found my stay enjoyable and I will come again.
    The staff were excellent, very helpful, Christian in the restaurant worked tirelessly, and Fernando in the bar a happy sole that was always helpful. The Room was very good, it was clean, and quite at night. warm and I got a very good night sleep. I could walk through the park to the old town and beach.
    the breakfast was limited, ( only one morning could you have a fried egg.) would have been nice to have a choice of omelette, fried, etc. with only one coffee, tea machine . there was always along queue . the English breakfast tea would always run out and was poor quality not the same as the tea available in the bar. the entertainment had the same juggling act that was poor on twice in 3 days.. Once was too many. You could see ,It was better just to play music as the people enjoyed getting up and dancing.

    A nice overnight stay but for a longer break we'd go elsewhere
    The room was nice and clean, lovely view over the park and with the corner balcony you can see the mountains too. Staff were friendly and communal areas were clean. Parking was convenient and cost 12.
    The food was disappointing. The dinner didn't have much of a selection, tasted a bit bland and it wasn't warm enough. Desserts were limited, salad wasn't the best and the ice cream tasted watery. Breakfast was better, but not the best in Benidorm by a long shot.

    The hotel was perfect for me because my husband was in the hospital next door. My room had a great view of a park. There are shops and bars nearby and Mercadona supermarket close. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable and excellent value.
    I liked all of it.

    Handy location for walking to different areas Everything looked nice and clean. Good choice at meal times Staff were friendly. Patricia the receptionist was both welcoming and friendly
