Great and easy location. Comfortable accommodations.

Location was the best. Easy access to sightseeing, restaurants and tube station. Air conditioning was great.

Convenient Stay in South Ken

The location and the quick responses by Kasia at Capital Residences/Prop Manager. It had a garage if you had a car. It was 5-8 min walk to the Underground. It was close to lots of eateries and sundry shops. Easy access to the Museums and Royal Albert Hall. Separate washing machine and dryer. There was air conditioning !

The crockery was very used and the house is old. It could be better maintained - I could hear the bathroom leak every time one of us showered, the food disposal was not working etc

Great comfortable stay!

Great property! Easy to get in. Comfortable beds. Cosy apartment. Has all the necessary amenities. Stayed there for a week with family and really enjoyed our stay!

Could have been better cleaned. Didnt find it properly cleaned when we arrived.

Very nice spot, good location, poor wifi

The location was perfect and the price was fair for the unit available. It was also quite comfortable.

There are many things that could have been improved to enjoy our stay, but the biggest one is the internet connection. The internet connection was so slow that we had trouble even streaming netflix. It was a bit of a problem when I wanted to do some work as well. Some other things that would be helpful for guests: broom, iron, extra trash bags, and instructions on where to put the trash, when it goes to the street. etc. I think if they fixed these minor things my score would have been higher.
