The house is very old and dirt. We found a cigarette butt in one of the rooms, the blinds were extremely dusty and there were ants in the kitchen. One of the bathrooms had no shower screen, which made a mess every time someone showered there. I booked this because I saw some decent reviews, even someone saying they stayed there twice, I don't understand why someone would go back to this house.

It was comfortable and adequate for what was required.

Location excellent. Very roomy.

The ensuite bathroom had a leak, appeared to be from the vanity which kept floor wet in that area all the time. Did have a colony of ants in the kitchen. No spray available, but a can of spray was left at door following phone call. Weeds outside french doors needed clearing. They kept getting caught in doors when closing them. Could have done with instructions on the heating as it was at 30 some times. We worked it out in the end. Also instructions for dishwasher and over would be helpful.

Cheap and very nasty

Location was good, place was clean

The internet didnt work, there was holes in the roof, no milk or tea and coffee. No guide for the heater and the television reception went in and out. The couch was broken. The shower was broken almost cut my foot on the drain. Wouldnt stay again

Great stay for families, plenty of room and full kitchen facilities

Comfy Beds, good location, very spacious and plenty of off street parking. Great that there was linen, towels etc provided.

The only thing that was tricky is the shower in the ensuite has no glass casing or shower curtain. The water from the shower goes all over the tiled floor and doesn't have a wet room drain so the floor becomes slippery/dangerous.

Great for families

We booked this property very last minute as we didnt have accommodation. The house is well equipped and overall perfect for what we needed.

We didnt have any issues while we stayed. The only thing is that some parts could do with a little extra TLC, a few things were broken but didnt effect use. The post box needed to be emptied as the post was falling out. We didnt see anybody while we were there to pass that over.

Will definitely stay again

Spacious home that was fantastic for our whanau. Perfect location on a lovely quiet street. Clean and private. Both days/nights we stayed were cold. So we absolutely appreciated the wonderful warmth from the central heating when we returned throughout the days/nights. Good communication with host, who responded quickly to text. Recommend. Will definitely stay again.

There was a slight buzzing sound to be heard in the single bedroom, possibly from central heating.

Open light and airy feel. It was quiet. The beds were comfy.

The lounge needed to be replaced. The bathrooms were dated and had no shower curtain/screen in the ensuite. The main bathroom shower was cracked, and water leaked on the floor.
