Location makes this place a winner

Location is amazing! Elaborate directions on how to self-check in were clear. People at the other site who helped us with luggage storage were very nice. Staff left little chocolates and bottles of wine as a New Year's Eve, which was a nice touch.

Name of hotel sign not the same as what was in reservation & communication! Room was very small, and bathroom even smaller. The shower was inconsistent and leaked.

Easy check in, coffee, tea and bottle of water available in the room for free.

Location is perfect walking distance to all attractions

It was very hot in the room, aircon was not working, had to open window all the time and deal with the noise from the street

Great place in the very heart of Vienna!

This place is amazing- easy check in, clean & cozy rooms with the best location you can find there. It was really nice of them to provide complimentary water :) I was surprised that it was sssoo warm in the room. Overall cant think of anything that could be improved. LOVED our stay here!
