Was going great till I seen the state of the neighbourhood it's in...

Nothing...it's in the worst part of Ireland.. drove past and saw the place and drove off...absolute hole

Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances i could not stay in this property,but the owner was very professional and courtious and returned my payment,will defs stay in this owners house hopefully some time in the future...recommend highly...
