Good value for money

The staff was super friendly and helpful, very good service. Pool and view were great especially for our 5yo son. We could watch the new year fireworks there. Room was okay, nothing special but location quite good!

Rooms are basic and okay clean, breakfast was not our thing (were vegetarian), we only went there once and they had almost nothing left to offer (it was quite late already but still within the breakfast hours)

Overall, would still recommend Privato if you're looking for an accessible and decent accommodation.

It's about 10 mins by taxi or grab to glorietta malls. Staff were very friendly and available when needed. The rooms were good size. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and towels were replenished daily. The AC was working. The fridge was working. TV was working though not used by us much. The safe was working. There were complimentary toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and body wash/shampoo -- they weren't used as we had our own. We felt secured staying.

The mattress was a bit too hard, but pillows were comfortable. In one of the rooms we occupied, she was charged nearly 70 for stains in her sheets (tan). She paid it though we were flabbergasted, as we never heard anything like this before. Would be nice to be informed about it upon checking in.

The hotel is close to nice restaurants and an European grocery. This is very convenient.

The room was directed to the road with that it was very noisy in the night. It is a main road. Book a room to the opposite side of the road.

Superb

Comfortable bed and all very cleam. The roof pool and city view was enjoyable too. The reception and door staff were very professional and helpful. There's a great little coffee and pastry shop down the street.

Check in took longer than expected due to a problem with the room. Unfortunately the roof breakfast room was hosting a private function next morning so was closed.

Nice hotel, room was basic but nice and clean and came with aircon, coffee, a safe and a fridge. Offers breakfast and were able to get takeaway from local restaurants to our room. Also had use of gym and pool. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

We were on the 8th floor and you could still hear the street noise easily.
