The actual room floor is dirty, the curtains are dark grey because of the dust. The linen look so old. They dont have room service.

Pleasant

Water station provided which was a pleasant surprise. You don't need to worry about water throughout your stay. Rooms are also adequately sized

The towels and linens aren't as white as you'd expect including the robes that we asked for. It's not up to hotel standard. The bed is itchy and linen doesn't look clean
