    The room is clean and bed is comfortable
    The gym needs to be at the standard of the price and with variety of machines. Restaurant should offer flexibility. I had spicy fried rice which was too spicy for me but the kitchen was not flexible to let me have something else or re-do the order.

    Besides the expensive food and drinks, the overall stay was satisfactory
    I love the fact the property was close to the beach although I thought it had an access to the beach. The staff were helpful and nice.
    I did not understand why the food menu was expensive down to a bottle of water. The complimentary breakfast was only for 1 person after paying for a high amount for the rooms and paying for an extra person for the breakfast was so expensive.

    The failed of the hotel to return the excess charge on my card ruined my experience.
    The Clean environment.
    The hotel charged my credit card twice for the lodging. They promised to transfer to my bank account. But 4day afterwards I still to get the refund.
