Excellent - I will be back for sure

Pristine hotel, well located in the business area with 2 malls within walking distance (<1km). Big, spacious room with a little lounge. Exceptionally comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Great Stay at the Pullman Doha West Bay

I received a free room upgrade upon arrival which was much appreciated. As my flight out the next morning was very early I did not get to try the breakfast, or any of the amenities for that matter. The room however was spacious and very modern. Excellent value for money, especially with the upgrade.

I have no complaints. In retrospect, I would have booked something closer to the airport, as this one was a bit further away and I didn't have the time to explore the area anyway.

Everything was great

I asked several days before my booking about kids services and received a response from the hotel that they are available upon request on arrival. After I arrived I was told by the staff they are not even available in the hotel.
