Great location but not good experience with noise and staff.

Location was good.

Very thin walls, can hear neighbors and banging all through the night. Front desk charged us for an additional person even though we booked two rooms with a max capacity of two people per room, we had four people total.

Incredibly comfortable stay with an elite staff

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They seamlessly facilitated our late check out and spoke fluent English which was very helpful. The bed cozy as well, I could have slept 10 more hours there. I definitely recommend the Pullman.

Great hotel.

Great hotel. Great room. Fantastic staff. Lovely breakfast.

Loud music in public areas. Just incredibly loud. Each night we intended to have a drink at the bar. Each night we decided not to. Music in the elevators was incredibly loud. Music at breakfast ws incredibly loud. Intrusively loud music everywhere. In all other respects I loved the hotel.
