Very good

Our third time staying at Puri Santrian so theyre doing something right!

Excellent location, lovely pools and beautiful gardens. Our room, in the Santrian Club, could use an update, but it was comfortable. The food was very good and there were lots of choices. What truly makes Puri Santrian is the wonderful staff.

I did not like, was that from the restaurant menu, always there are missing meals listed in the menu, and it was not just in this trip, also in previous trips.

Great location and facilities for lovers of Sanur

We were in the Club section which seems to have been recently refurbished. The room and deck were huge and very comfortable. Access to the beautiful pool was restricted to Club residents and no children were allowed.

Love the pools and ambience.... complete with local Balinese touch.

Breakfast was a buffet but weak as the offered items are mainly staples (carbo)... The only proteins are eggs, and some sausages or ham slices which I do not fancy

Not worth the money.

The grounds and pool areas are beautiful. The buffet breakfast was solid.

At check in I was informed I was receiving an upgrade. Why would I want a 2 twin bed room as a solo guest? The room was outdated and desperately needs renovations. There was a strong unpleasant odor in the bed. Either the mattress or coverings.

A relaxing, comfortable visit to Sanur, I had everything I could need!

The staff were amazing, the room, pools and grounds are lovely, well looked after. The breakfast was delicious!! I could go on and on.

The cocktail menu could use an upgrade!
