Nice location nice staff

Very good location, and has friendly staff, the basic items are provided for the stay. There is a USB at the power point, which is convenient.

Would be good to have a hand showerhead.

Pleasant

The staff were absolutely wonderful, couldn't get any better - helpful, happy, positive. The hotel was so close to the Lavender estate and other locations so that was fab.

The design of the rooms, is a bit of a let down. Maybe it was the rooms that we were in, but it felt more like a motel than a hotel. The upholstery and bedding covers need a major uplift, to lighter colours. It was just a bit off putting. But I can understand that it is a heritage hotel...it's just that it would feel nicer walking into a room that was done up a bit modern from the inside
