    They playroom was little cold, the Xbox didnt had chargers for the two controllers and there were not sanitizer gel

    Location is very good. Breakfast variety and quality was excellent. Staff was very polite.
    The hotel informed that they can upgrade my room for 50 Zloty more as premium riverside room. We accepted this but unfortunately the river is not seen from the room. The parapet wall is long so you can not see the river. We don't expect a spectular view of course but they must inform the guests that riverside preimum rooms does not have even a small river view. Another point is the hotel is refurbished but bathrooms is still aged. The water was not discharging smoothly and accumulating in bath tube which hate.

    Good hotel with modern facilities. Good situation close to the river and easy access to the centre .
    Very good breakfast with wide choice of things to enjoy. Dinner menu was good an quality and service excellent. Although Gdansk has many restaurants we chose to dine in the hotel most evenings after a full day sightseeing.
    Bed was big but not particularly comfortable .Better when we asked for additional pillows.
