Nothing really.

The rooms are in poor condition. Nothing like the photos advertised on Google map or booking.com. Had this weird smell when you enter the place. Once checked in there's no one available to assist you so, you'll have to communicate via mobile or WhatsApp. The host did nothing to resolve your issues and instead try arguing with you so, you eventually gave up. I checked in and checked out 2 hours later because I've been lied to. Fraudulent. Stay away.

Good Location but Old Room with Tiny Washroom (No Elevator)

The room is spacious and suitable for a group of family to stay. The room is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer and water heater. The wifi of the hotel is very good as well. The location of hotel is strategic too, around 10-15 minutes walk to MRT Phra Ram 9 and the famous Jodd Fair Night Market.

The hotel room is spacious but the washroom is too too too small and quite difficult to fit in normal size people. The room looked a bit old and dirty as well. No elevator to the room and you need to walk up to your own room through narrow stair.
