    It was okay just not what we expected.
    Size of room and overall was comfortable.
    We did not realise ocean view was not the main building, it was not obvious when we booked. So that was a bit disappointing as we were in a different area. It stated ocean view but you can barely see the ocean it is a pretty average view.

    The pool and spa facilities were awesome. The view from Ocean View apartment was amazing, the Italian restaurant had good food and staff were really great and accommodating there. The playground facilities are a real bonus for those with kids. The staff overall were also very good, would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for others.
    The internal aspects of the ocean view apartments were a little dated/tired but perfectly serviceable.

    Room and view is outstanding and very comfortable, I could not ask for a better experience.
    I would have liked more towels available in the room and I was a little disappointed in the menu selection in the Mantellina Restaurant

    The bed was decent.
    The check-in process was not seamless or pleasant. There was no one to help with luggages to start with, had to unload everything ourselves. Then came the check-in, the staff that attended was not friendly and seemed in a rush to get over the process she did not provide with any information about the facilities but just told us the lift at the front. When asked if we could get help with baggage, i was told there was no one available at the moment. I recall her name tag being Summer. We had to bring all our stuff up ourselves as we wasnt assured that we could wait a few moments before we could get assistance. Probably would not recommend this hotel to anyone for these reasons.

    It was great we had a lovely stay. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
    Its a great family friendly resort and staff was very nice Room service food was very nice
    The rooms are smaller than they seem, view was nice but would of expected a little more and phone in room didnt work. Buffet breakfast could have more of a range of food
