Very good

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very fast service and very good location although not in the city center.

The heating system doesnt go off and the ac is not enough to have a good temprature in the room so we had to open the window most of the time. Room service menu is very limited. No kids club and no swimming pool. Rooms need more lighting.

The location was great! Pretty centrally located from main walking and shopping area and the Charles Bridge

The rooms dont feel very premium.. its nice and cosy and spacious (though we were at the suite), but furniture is a lil dated.

Great location and good facilities. Nice clean room. Felt very comfortable.
