Very good

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very fast service and very good location although not in the city center.

The heating system doesnt go off and the ac is not enough to have a good temprature in the room so we had to open the window most of the time. Room service menu is very limited. No kids club and no swimming pool. Rooms need more lighting.
