Great stay - Wonderful staff / Thank you

Excellent staff and customer service (especially Chara) Wonderful room with a patio to walk right to the pool loungers Good variety for breakfast Hairdryer, iron and good straighteners in the room Beautifully relaxing hotel Delicious food from the pool bar (see pic) Good fitness facility with dumbbells and most the machines you might need. 5min walk to the bus stop into Fira town (cheap and very convenient) - at the time of travel I found this site the easiest and most accurate to navigate: https://santorinibus.com - From Kamari you dont really need to get a taxi unless going into local towns like Perissa or Monolithos. - all buses (our style coaches) run to and from Fira (rather than between resorts) for under 2 each - I didnt find the drivers/conductors as bad as the reviews made out, although I went out of season which was quiet but still great weather. Kamari is a nice beach town with plenty of restaurants and shops. A trip to Fira, Oia and Ammoudi Bay (Sunset) is a must (if you can navigate the steps/ or take a taxi).

Staff very accommodating

The entire resort was clean and well maintained. I had a massage in the Spa and it was fantastic. The 2 pools allowed for enough space for everyone and very comfortable pool beds. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Great location to the beach..

Beautiful hotel with great facilities and friendly staff

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and staff that are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety and options for plant based diets. The pool is wonderful, a good size and heated. Its a very relaxing environment to read a book, chill out and have a break from life. Its easy to get to the other side of the island on the public buses as the bus stop is only a short walk away. The spa facilities are brilliant and I highly recommend a facial.

The upstairs shower in my villa leaked over the floor as the seal at the bottom of the glass panels needed replacing. The bed was very soft which aggravated my back a lot. The sheets didnt fit the bed properly so came untucked and then were uncomfortable to sleep on as they were all scrunched up. The plant based options at dinner were very limited.

A truly 5 star hotel. Sumptuous varieties for breakfast. Tasted fresh with smart and helpful staff readily on hand to help

We chose a mezzanine bedroom only to realize the bathroom was downstairs. This meant having to go down the stairs and come back up to continue sleeping. This was a bit worrying
