Daily stopover in Muscat

Very good and rich breakfast, spacious and very clean rooms

The pool area is not so large and not so fancy, unlike the rest of the hotel that is very captivating and curated.

Practical, easy access, all in all good!

Simple building and easy to access!

Check in didnt go well! Untidy room was presented in first place; I asked for change straightaway and it took some good half an hour! But to be fair for compensation they offered me a top floor room which I think was a executive one, which Im thankful for.

The chek in process was smooth and they gave us the rooms even before 14:00 . The location is very good next to 3 malls.

The service is very slow, we booked for 3 days the first day the housekeeping took the hand towel and never replace it and talked to the reception and the housekeeping about this, I left the hotel and the towel wasn't replaced yet! Also there is a problem in the water temperature regulation in the shower not only in my room. The water is either too cold or too hot you can't regulate it well. Upon the check out they asked me to pay, knowing that I have already paid through booking and showed them the confirmation code. So I had to show them again. Last thing the breakfast is overrated, it's 10 riyals per person per night where you can find tens of restaurants around the hotel with maximum 5 riyals per person for w very wide selection of breakfasts . Also the room didn't include hair dryer.
