Good

Free water, very nice. Breakfast a la cart, any request could be granted. Very cheerful staff. Neighbourhood felt safe.

Fitness room was not indicated. Hard to find. Small and not very modern. Next to bar; not very inviting. No electric water kettle in the room unlike the description.

Exceptional

Great location, vibe and staff

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were very cool. Our 6 year old loved it. The shower was the best we've had so far in Peru and the room was nice and quiet through the night.

The music in the roof top bar and at breakfast was very loud. Not really needed.

Superb

Wonderful stay! Would definitely come back.

Excellent location, close to everything. Loved the terrace for drinks and snacks and the lounge area in the lobby. Staff were all amazing. Bed was very comfortable.

I would have liked the coffee to be self-serve, like the juice station, instead of having to ask a waiter for it as theyre super busy and I usually need around 3 cups! Room was great but there was limited space around the sink for toiletries.
