Average stay

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms were congested and there are no lifts. Also bathroom had big step which was a bit uncomfortable for senior citizens.

The room which was shown available, wasn't available. The hotel manager did not help in finding where the hotel was. Offered us the price of an AC room for a non AC room. Asked us to find room elsewhere
