    Good place for families. Wouldnt bother if youre looking for something a little more luxury.
    It was close to everything. The food was really good! Staff were friendly and helpful.
    Parking was a nightmare. Beds arent very comfy, fans in bathroom are blocked with dust. Amenities were pretty average. None of the services were working e.g in room movies, ordering room service online.

    its a lovely hotel. a bit far from central Hervey Bay. room service was disappointing. staff were excellent. great faci
    great people at reception. couldnt be nicer. so helpful.
    for some reason our room rate didnt include cleaning??? very unusual. Id never seen that before. so we had to beg for clean towels, shampoo, tea bags and milk. I never saw that message on booking so you need to make rates cleaner and what you are paying for.
