Close to the airport

Partly closed down in certain sections, looked like renovation. Looked partly closed, having said that I enjoyed the food.

Very good

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Very close to airport and comes with a shuttle bus service so it's easy to get to and from. I would recommend this if you want to say nearby to the airport, I stayed at another hotel last time and it was horrible, this is a better one for sure.

Comfortable enough for a short stay while transiting

- Basically next to the airport - Reliable shuttle service that was available even at 5am - Rooms meet basic comfort and cleanliness standards

- Few staff around and we were given no information regarding the hotel facilities from the reception staff upon check-in - Rooms seem slightly dated - The hotel had a strange desolate vibe, but this might just be our personal experience

Lovely short visit

Had a long layover so was perfect as so close to the airport. Room nice and clean decent size for family Check in easy and fast, helpful friendly staff Complimentary Shuttle was so fast and easy to use Perfect for a transit or stay needed near airport

The wifi in the room did not work kept cutting in and out and a lot of the time could not load anything.

Close to the airport. Shuttle bus available. Good breakfast.

I missed the shuttle bus - it left the airport few minutes before scheduled time had to pay 260 RNB for a two kilometers ride . Not the hotel fault of course.

Excellent service and support from the front desk employee Vicky Zhao. She was really helpful and gave a lot of good tips about staying at hotel and visiting Shanghai.

Dissapoitment that hotel with many years of experiance, which I visitied many times, doesn't record my residental country and mixed Slovenia with El Salvado

Upgrade in suite Room! Breakfast Voucher free Office charge because of my trouble I faced

I informed the hotel twice about my arrival at PVG at 1:15 am and asked for information for the hotel shuttle bus, and received the gate T 27! But I was not informed about the time schedule, in other words no bus available in the night. I lost 45 minutes looking for the gate T 27, again in the airport and scanned the luggage, finally I took a taxi, communication in English not possible. It was a nightmare for me.
