First time visiting Bali, really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff at Ramayana

Superb

Relaxed vibe with a touch of luxury

Beautiful tropical property with a stunning pool. Good breakfast with the options changed daily. The Spa was lovely with a divine massage. Very large standard rooms, very clean. Staff a very accommodating and very helpful. Although the location is at a busy intersection, when you enter the property, you do not hear a sound from outside. Very relaxing vibe with a touch of luxury. Would definitely stay again. I stayed with my 7 year old grandson and its a very kid friendly property.

Just a small complaint, but its more a personal preference than something wrong. The pillows were little on the soft side for me.

It is very near time Kuta beach. Have a really good view of the fireworks during NYE.

The room is very old, sound proof is bad. U can hear the noise coming from the traffic and the neighbouring room. The toilet has plumbing issues and grout worms.

Good

The resort is in central Kuta, which you don't notice, as it is still really quiet. The breakfast had a lot of options and tasted really good. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. All the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Everything in the rooms, especially in the bathroom was a bit dated. During the first day if our stay someone had to be sent to repair the flush of our toilet. It was fixed really fast, but it is a bit annoying. The faucet was also loose, and the door from the bathroom cupboard was also falling apart. The door to the balcony was also stuck and it was recommended by the staff to not really use the lovk to the outside door but only the inside doir. Eerything was not that bad per se, but I don't feel like the price I paid is justified with everything broken. Moreover, the pool is freezing compared to the usual pool temperature in Bali. Also considering the outdoor temperature, the pool is way too cold. It is only a good temperature if you want to do fast swimming but for that the pool is too oddly shaped. If you want to relax at a nice, warm pool, this hotel isn't for you.
