Very poor

Very disappointed for my family as I had hoped this would be a special trip for us all.

There were significant issues with the apartment. Broken blinds, broken shower head, huge patches of wet carpet, washing machine leaked, dirt items left by other tenants, glasses not clean, no soap or dishwasher tablets to clean, moldy floor near the kitchen area with a mat that was a trip hazard, broken chair, not disabled friendly as stairs leading to the lift, nasty smell ?old seafood tried to ventilate.

False Advertising

4 bedrooms, close to train station

The apartment was advertised to have a private pool. Even the book in the apartment explained how to get to the pool. Only to discover it or any other facilities where not available ( i would call that false advertising). We would have booked a different apartment if we had known this. The apartment was also very poorly furnished. Only three chairs at the dinning table.

Beds were super comfy

There was no ironing board which made it quite difficult when youre travelling. Apartment could use a little maintenance and there were only 3 dining room chairs when we had a booking for 4, but overall it was a big spacious apartment

Grreat location, close to transport, key collection point, shopping, restaurants etc Clean and comfy beds, lots of wardrobe space Security building Host communication was good

Very basic facilities and amenities - no decor items whatsoever, very basic kitchen set up Only 3 dining chairs for a 4BR apartment (we were with 5 people but it accommodates 8 so more chairs needed) Windows in the lounge room and master bedroom did not open - we eventually managed to open the windows in the other bedrooms to let some air in (there is only airco in the living area), the bathrooms were clean and modern but very little shower pressure. Twin bedroom is small but has balcony

Good facilities and location. Poor check out experience.

Everything we needed was provided - it was especially good to have a cot and highchair included in the price.

We were not able to access the pool as advertised. Communication was a little difficult. There were significant issues with the check out process - this needs to be improved.

Value for money. Room and accommodation itself was great.

Lack of identity privacy, I don't like the fact that they took lots of photos of my drivers licence, and I have no proof that they no longer keep the photos. Additional asking for unnecessary private questions. Why did they need to know where I was coming from? You have my licence copied already. Why did you need to know how I'm getting there? Why is it their business? Also, no company should ever ask for someone's bank card details over the phone. It's just plain wrong.
