    A little gem in the heart of Brighton!
    The location was fantastic. An easy walk to the train station, and to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and pubs located nearby including one that is literally 10 feet from the front door!
    That I couldn't stay longer! It would be nice to have a little patio or front stoop to sit on, but it wasn't a big deal. The stairs are steep and narrow so if you are mobility-challenged it will be tough getting upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom. If you are able, however, the unit is easy to move around in.

    Location and cleanliness and the layout of the property. Everything you need and more for a short stay and very helpful staff. Definitely will book again when it becomes available. Probably the best and I travel a lot.

    Cosy, well located but a little lacking.
    Location was great and little to no disturbance from the restaurant/pub across the alley. Staff quick to respond.
    Would have liked if living room and kitchen had been slightly bigger and brighter. Check in at 1600 is a little late. Great if the communication with the property/staff could have been a little more personal. A bit too business-like for me.

    it is a very recommended property. We will surely rent this property again when in Brighton
    1. Location is great, better than expected. walking distance to most of attraction area (beach, mall, supermarkets, etc) 2. easy on getting in to the property 3. Very comfortable 3. Very good value for money
    Most of the furniture and amenities are clean, however the window blinders, heater and inside the kitchen cabinet is dusty. Although most of all are still within acceptable range, would be great if owner take more attention on the cleanliness.

    A pleasant central location in an exciting vibrant city
    standard of decor and cleanliness and helpfulness of airhost. Also the central position.
    The bathroom and small bedroom was very cramped, no circulation space I actually have a bruise on my leg trying to negotiate between the bed and door and the arrangements of steps in the bathroom in such a small area is quite dangerous one of us fell off one of the steps more than once.

    Well furnished & clean
    Proximity (10 feet) from noisy local pub. Late night drinking and extremely loud conversations on the steps of the pub kept us awake until the early hours.

    Lovely, cosy and cute. Would love to stay here again.
    There's a really friendly pub opposite the property - Just a few steps away. There were also tea and coffee making facilities. It was very cute and comfortable. You felt right at home.
    The fridge smelt of strong cheese.
