New building and reasonably clean

Booked a Superior Twin room for our children at extra cost - they were given the standard double room with one bed. We were still asked to pay the extra regardless Could only have the one room key, meaning we could not have a key to access the children's room. Door key to one of our rooms didn't work for many hours - three trips to reception The dont take international credit cards (Mastercard in our case) so had a 90 minute walk in the dark to get out cash from an ATM

Best decision to stay at this hotel

The hotel was really clean and luxurious, the staff was extremely cooperative. Great stay as per the budget. The location is a lil away from the hustle bustle of main city. Its a 15min drive to Golden temple and cabs are easily available. I stayed 3nights with my family and it was the best decision to chose this hotel
