Big room. Absolutely great location. We walked to every point of interest. Good breakfast on rooftop. Very kind staff.

Nothing really important... except there were only 2 outlets in the room, but it's manageable. On one side of the bed there are a couple of USB A ports, but unfortunately none of my devices use them (USB C....)

Disappointing, would not recommend

The location and the breakfast, including the breakfast staff were the best features of this hotel. The staff also offer to arrange a golf cart tour that picks you up from the hotel. This was wonderful and a highlight of the stay.

There were two main issues which would prevent me staying again: 1) The check in and check out process was a nightmare. The pre authorisation process was terrible and the staff at reception, although pleasant did not know what they were doing. I was told I could use a different card to pay for the room to that of the pre authorisation and after a long time and multiple swipes of my card, this did not occur. Upon checkout, I was requested to pay city tax for 3 people and not 2 (only my mum and I were staying). They had 3 days to update their system but then had to muck around on checkout and I had to check their maths. I was not confident I had been charged correctly so asked for a full listing of the charges, I was given this on a sticky note. 2) I booked the top two rooms as I wanted to make sure we could open the windows and the bathroom in my room was terrible. The shower was 1/4 the size of that in my mums room, even though we were charged the same price. Not to mention the toilet seat in my bathroom was broken. I had to use my mums shower to wash my hair as it was impossible in my room. On top of that, I kept hearing other customers were being upgraded but if you are already in the top room, you get nothing extra. We did complain about the bathroom, as its not cheap to stay in this hotel and all we got was a fruit platter from the breakfast selection and a bottle of wine. This did not address any of the issues.
