    Beware of the cancellation policy!
    Due to heavy snow in Munich and airport closure, our flight was cancelled only one day before travel and we were unable to get another flight. The cancellation policy is 2 days before therefore the hotel kept the entirety of our 5 night payment for 2 separate rooms. They would not allow us to cancel from the second night onwards or move the stay to another time. Disappointingly inflexible and I will not return.

    Great location. Comfy and spacious rooms, friendly staff
    Location was great, easy to walk to main places/not far from train station. Staff were really helpful, the small bar downstairs was great for drinks. I requested four rooms close together and they were able to accommodate across the same floor.
    Everything was great. The breakfast buffet wasnt big but it did the trick!

    Dont bother booking. Our trip was impacted by heavy snowfall in Munich around Dec 4-6 (airport/train station closed), hence rerouting to other cities. The staff was not giving any consideration on the refunds and all they said was we could not do anything about it.
