The prices at the hotel restaurant are too high.. and the food is not so good so I will pass the hotel restaurant

The outstanding staff, the beautiful beach and pool, breakfast, location and activities. The yoga teacher was amazing!
Nothing. Only niggle is that I like my bed very firm and the bed was more soft but to be expected from an American chain. I still had a great sleep.

Super friendly staff, and everything else was impeccable
Its almost boutique in its size and style and the staff ask your name and remember it, they are all amazing and really helpful but a huge shout out to Woody, Kim and Ken who made our holiday. The pool, gardens and private beach were always impeccable and never crowded. If you want to get away from it all and relax, this is the place..oh and did I mention how great the food was?

Great stay at sea facing villa
The hotel is well spaced out and offers a great sea view from the beach facing villas. The staff everywhere were extremely friendly and helpful & took care of all our needs The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the staff brought out new things to try every day. Would definitely recommend the hotel & stay here again.
A few things in the room didnt work (coffee maker, outdoor umbrella) but they were promptly fixed so no real concern there.
Also, the only therapist in the spa who could offer mani pedi treatments was on leave during our entire stay there, so having additional therapists may be good.

I can honestly say this is probably the best resort myself and my wife have ever stayed in.
The staff though are the ones who really made the visit one to remember, they honestly could not do enough for us and are an amazing bunch of people.
