Hotel itself is good. Services/amenities not so much.

I could not connect to the WiFi on my laptop which set me back a few hours of work. Guest services couldnt help either. Just get rid of the sign in browser window!!! Also, ordering room service was a pain, I called twice to get a menu sent up, and when they delivered the food, there were no utensils so I called again. But no utensils got delivered. I didnt bother to call again and just ate it with the coffee stir sticks.

Nice quiet hotel away from The Strip, clean, good facilities, good pool area. Within walking distance of where we needed to be.

Bar 55 has an extremely rude waiter with a bad attitude (dark hair & beard) who very begrudgingly served us after a 30 minute wait on the evening of 14th November (other guests arriving after us were served during this time) Had it not been for the fact that we had just arrived, were tired and didn't know where else there was nearby to eat we would have left. He left an appalling first impression which tainted the rest of our stay. All other staff there were professional, helpful and pleasant. No buffet breakfast. We were on the 7th floor and had to run the water for 10 minutes before we had any hot water.

The location was great. Off the strip and away from the bright lights of the strip. Ideal for the Sphere which is located 10 minutes in a cab and this was the main reason for our visit

Not fully ADA. One automatic door was locked by 8/9pm and I was in a wheelchair. The main entrance has no door man and valet guys are not always about to help with the large metal frame glazed doors. Manager on duty during our stay was nice after airing our concerns. However some staff could probably do with some training because if there was a problem raised they seemed very dismissive of it. Booked the Renaissance having stayed with them previously and had an amazing stay. Vegas Renaissance however was a huge disappointment

The breakfast was excellent delicious and the location very convenient.

I arrived early and I checked in at 15:00 and my room was not ready, I wait for 40 min and still not ready, I have to take another room without a street view because my 83 years old mother needs to rest after a long trip, it was very disappointed do not have the room ready when the guess arrived.

I liked that it was a calmer environment to most hotels, it was a good point to rest after a long convention day. It was clean, and the staff were lovely.

Wish there were more breakfast/lunch options, since other places nearby are difficult to get to.

Comfortable, not too expensive for being a place in Las Vegas and it was very close to Vegas Blvd

It is one of the nicest places I've ever been

It was supposed to have the breakfast included in my stay (free charge) but they just consider $50 per person per day... I think this is more an issue from Booking, it's not the first time this has happened to me and seems to be lack of communication between Booking and the administration of the places
