Hotel itself is good. Services/amenities not so much.

I could not connect to the WiFi on my laptop which set me back a few hours of work. Guest services couldnt help either. Just get rid of the sign in browser window!!! Also, ordering room service was a pain, I called twice to get a menu sent up, and when they delivered the food, there were no utensils so I called again. But no utensils got delivered. I didnt bother to call again and just ate it with the coffee stir sticks.

Nice quiet hotel away from The Strip, clean, good facilities, good pool area. Within walking distance of where we needed to be.

Bar 55 has an extremely rude waiter with a bad attitude (dark hair & beard) who very begrudgingly served us after a 30 minute wait on the evening of 14th November (other guests arriving after us were served during this time) Had it not been for the fact that we had just arrived, were tired and didn't know where else there was nearby to eat we would have left. He left an appalling first impression which tainted the rest of our stay. All other staff there were professional, helpful and pleasant. No buffet breakfast. We were on the 7th floor and had to run the water for 10 minutes before we had any hot water.
