The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was good--standard fare for a complemenary breakfast. I really liked the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable.

I requested room service in the morning before we left and was told it would be done that morning. We retuned in the late afternoon. Two housekeepers were chatting outside of our room and the room had not been cleaned. The housekeeper offered to clean our room then, but I was not feeling well and needed to lay down. I requested towels. The housekeeper was quite apologetic and even wrote a note of apology which was appreciated.

we had to wait for water to shower, the construction and no discount offered. it was not told until after we checked in.

I loved the fire pits

the construction, the kitchen didnt have an oven like other residence inns Ive stayed at.

The lobby was very relaxing and inviting. The hotel was beautiful. The room was perfect. The fireplace outside was a great place to relax as well.

I thought everything was great! We will definitely be staying there again, the next time we are in the area.

Our own little apartment away from home. It is so nice to have a kitchen and living room area. I love Residence Inn vs a hotel room

We were from out of town and my son had knee surgery so we needed to stay in the area a few days after the surgery. The staff was very helpful.

Disgusting and overpriced

The staff was friendly

The first room we were given smelled extremely of smoke and was dirty. We were given another room and that room smelled of mold, we would have left but we had just traveled 9 hours. The room was very dirty, the air conditioner was loud and blew dust in the room, the carpet was smelly and filthy, the bathroom was filthy, there were cracks in the ceiling, ripped curtains, holes in the carpet, and the bathroom door did not lock. clean comfortable and convenient!

Te staff was pleasant and professional. Our room needs som attention. one of the stove control knobs should be replaced. (front burner) And the shower curtain needs raised about 8-12 it drags the ground. However, it was an enjoyable stay and wed definitely stay again. (Almost forgot if 4 guests are scheduled it would be nice to have 4 towels in the room:)
