    Loved being on the canal for going for a run and the location was close to everything we needed. I was in town for the Marathon and the convention center, corrals, etc. were all very close. The breakfast was great as hotel breakfasts go with oatmeal, bacon, eggs, fruit, etc. No pancake station if that's a big deal to you.
    We ended up using the sofa bed and it was not very comfortable. I wouldn't count on it for a second bed if you have that option. Also, if you are planning on using the sofa bed, be aware the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. They were having key card issues that they were very responsive to, but we got locked out on the canal Friday morning and had to call for them to let us in.

    I will go back its nice its decent. Couldve been a little bit cleaner in the bathroom area but other than that overal
    Close to downtown area could walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to learn the view of the canal and walking along. The canal was very nice.
    Was not informed that we had to pay $30 parking charge for their lot
