    Love the south coast of France. Beautiful location!!!
    The location is close to the town.
    Found towels in the fridge. Place was a bit dirty here & there. You need to clean the place after the stay. Doesnt make sense.

    The studio was clean.
    Studio layout was quite weird. Beds 20cm away from the entrance door, in a small hallway. Total size much smaller than expected. Main bed was ...a couch that converts into a bed.

    Rude staff, dirty facilties, scam additional charges
    Nothing - dusty room, scam additional charges, rude staff, dated facilities, dirty pool.
    We got charged an extra cleaning fee, even thought everyone staying pays a cleaning fee when booking - this is a running scam visible in other comments. Have waited 2 months for Residence to respond, not an email or call despite regularly contacting them so have asked Booking.com to intervene. Facilities are very dated - 80s probably. Our room was dusty, bed an uncomfortable pull out, everything cheap inside which is fine but not worth the price. The pool was full of flies and not cleaned. Several of the reception are hideously rude - they shouldn't be in hospitality, in particular the blonde manager who was regularly rude and hostile. Honestly its close to train station and maybe 15 minutes walk to town. Only stay if its your only option.

    Good location, 5 minutes walk to the train station. Clean big room.
    Would have been better if they provided a proper fitted sheet and not the disposable one. Would also be better if the bed is already made when you arrive so you don't need to do it yourself.

    We love our stays at Resideal, but for the first time had a few complaints.
    Our 5th visit & loved it as usual
    Unfortunately we didnt get our requested room. We got 5th floor rather than our usual 3rd floor and there was a lot of noise from water pipes/swimming pool. There was a problem with ants coming out from the bottom of the cupboard in the kitchen & getting onto the work surfaces.

    Lovely location
    Fantastic location next to the bus and train station. A short walk to the centre of Antibes and local shops. If you dont want to pay the cleaning fee (60 euro) you need to take your used linen and towels to the reception area after your stay for them to be washed. You also need to clean the kitchenette - Eg: put dishes and glasses back in the cupboards. The view from the swimming pool on the roof is amazing. There is also another swimming pool located outside in the garden area. We did not pay to eat breakfast - but if you do it is 12 euro per adult and 6 euro per child. We will definitely come back here again as it is good value for money. They provide you with one toilet paper roll - but you have to buy your own when it finishes!! Check in is 5pm and check out is 10am.
