    Superb location. Close to beach, bars, Carmel market but quiet at night. Great staff. Cleaning service, airco, TV satelite with english channels.

    Friendliest staff ever, and the room was nice too.
    The concierge in reception was so very helpful, as we were struggling to make an online payment for a fine we had been given in Jerusalem earlier in the day. It had put a real dampener on our day, which was my husband's birthday and supposed to be a happy day, and we were worried that we might not be allowed to leave the country if it wasn't paid. We didn't understand Hebrew and the website was not in English. We were panicking, but the concierge sat down and went through the whole process with us, so we got it paid and were able to enjoy the rest of the day. He saved the day!

    EXCELLENT!!
    We opted for an Oceanview room. The room was smaller (we were given the option at check in) however, it had a larger balcony. We spend very little time in the room, really just sleeping and when there, were we always out on the balcony. ALL the staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby is beautifully decorated and was spotless at all times with 2 large glass containers with ice cold, fresh mint and lemon water. We were offered cleaning every day with fresh linens and towels. We had the room cleaned only twice since we were staying for 5 nights. The 2 plater stove, kettle and mini fridge worked great and they supplied crockery and cutlery. I asked for a larger pan and within 5 min did they deliver a saucepan still in the box. There are at least 5 supermarkets within a 2 block radius that sells pretty much everything. Also a laundry 1 block up from the hotel. There is a great coffee shop (AROMA) directly across from the hotel. The area is very clean, safe and 30 sec from BEAUTIFUL JERUSALEM beach. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN for a WONDERFUL stay and your hospitality!!

    Great stay but because of a lost item we are worried of safety.
    Bed, bedsheets, and pillows are the best. Always have fresh towels daily. Location by the beach and restaurants. Quiet. Great water pressure.
    Pungent smell of cleaning solutions. The bedside jacuzzi is dirty/smells off so we never used it. LOST my brand new GUCCI sunglasses (extra pair so not used) inside my luggage which I literally kept in on day 1. By day 3 whilst packing before checkout it's GONE. Reported to reception and we were told their staff were "tested" and they couldn't give us any answer as to why my sunglasses disappeared from my luggage. There's a safe provided in the room but never use it as never thought sunglasses will be lost . Gladly we took passports, money and credit/debit cards with us everytime we went out. We always locked door when we're out. Difficult to see the sign/name of hotel because of the tall palm trees in front of it.
