Superb

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Our room was exactly as advertised. It was quite unique style, simultaneously modern and traditional and we really liked it. Everything was brand new. We stayed in a separate building that was super close to the main building. The hotel has 2 pools, where the main pool is an infinity pool.

Restaurant food wasn't the best, I had someones hair in my pasta.

Amazing location and view. Spacious parking. Lavender, mountains, aromas - love Tuscany The houses are in a very good location.

Unfortunately the staff, especially the hosts family. We traveled in Italy as a family with two small children, 3 and 7 years old. Our children are very kind and positive, they love to travel. When we arrived, admired the beautiful view, our stay here was 2 days. We travel all over the world every 2-3 months, love to stay in interior design private homes and boutique hotels around the world and always receive a very friendly welcome. But this hotel does not like to serve families with children, they served very reluctantly at dinner. They cook tasteless, mostly meat, there are no dishes for vegetarians. At breakfast, when I asked for freshly squeezed juice, they casually replied that they had 2 oranges left))) But then it got worse. The next morning, the cleaners came when we were resting in the house and said that they needed to clean, I replied that it was inconvenient now, they could clean our second room and come here in two hours. They replied that in an hour they finish their working day, that is, at 1 pm. To which I replied, come after cleaning our second room. After that, the hostess bursts into the room and in a very unfriendly manner says that we need to start cleaning. I explained everything to her, we packed our things and went out into the garden. On the same day, I receive a message from the hotel that there is a greasy stain on our sofa and some kind of greasy stain on the floor in the common corridor of the house at the entrance. And we need to pay 400 for them)))) I answer that I dont know what kind of stain is in the corridor, and the children may have dropped something on the sofa. In the evening I looked at the sofa, the stain can be easily removed with any preparation. We had a massage this evening at the hotel, 2 hours before I get a message that our massage has been canceled because they deducted money for the sofa. The next morning we had a check-out at 10.
