    Good and Enjoyable.
    Room is big and clean. Staff are friendly.
    The toilet/bathroom doors are a bit can see through and is inconvenient at times when familiy members come to the room to visit us and someone is using the toilet/bathroom.

    This hotel is definitely great for family staycation. Eventhough there are a few downsides, we still enjoy our stay her
    Beautiful ambience with appealing design. The room may be small but its quite cozy and comfortable. There are lots of socket/charging points in the room. The children love the bunk bed. Theme park is nearby and quite convenient. Staff are quite friendly and approachable.
    Theres only one toilet for a sixes room. Fortunately, there are separate doors for wc & shower area. There are no restaurant or food take-out at the hotel. Not even a vending machine. There are also no directions as to find food joints unless you ask the concierge. As we have an elderly with us, we find it quite a distance to walk to get food.

    Fun room in a great location
    Location and room. It was an easy walk to all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. The bunk style beds were loved by our two daughters. The room was comfortable and we are lucky being on the third floor in that we could use the escalator rather than the lift to go in and out. Four nights was the right length of time to stay. If we come back, then we will select this hotel again.
    There was no door to the bathroom area which made for less privacy. The self check in didn't work for the second room key and we had trouble getting support as we arrived during peak time. Support was good though when we found it. The food in the local restaurants was mostly disappointing for such a major tourist destination.

    Great location and easy to access and travel.
    Toilet glass door is not fully covered. Prefer the toilet and shower glass door fully covered so that there is more privacy.

    Very comfortable room with great a great bathroom.
    It was clean and our request for extra towels were met without any extra charge.
    We had to wait far too long for the lift to reach our floor. Perhaps it was only just the days we were staying at the hotel but there was only one lift working on our floor. The fire alarm went off at 5am for more than 30mins on our last day stay which was very annoying!
