At the check in was a delay 1,30h,and when we do the check in they said is a problem with one o the bed but anyway you are just 3 pers but i paid for 4 bedroomsthen we i arrive at the house there was verry dirty,steps,hair and i can see wasn t clean there for a while,then we didn t have heat i call at the rec and they said somebody will come but nobody come in that day and that night so in the morning we were sick,and next day i go again to the rec,and they come and fix in 1.30-2h from my time this wasn t holiday and relax was a nightmareand in one of the bed was liking and mould.

The location and the place was lovely and was also peaceful! Could do with a few things sorting to make it better!

The location there was a bath and a separate shower

No privacy when using the bathroom as the door did not shut properly! No oven tray no scissors no oven gloves no hand soap no dishwasher tablets only one toilet roll supplied but did give more when asked and no hot water on arrival but as it was late we waited until the morning and it was sorted within 30 minutes of calling them

Nice and big, modern and clean.

No view at all apart from other really dark buildings around you. The park has limited activities for children and the pool needs an upgrade.

Very good

A relaxing break from the norm.

The location was very quiet and relaxing. As it was off-season it did feel slightly abandoned.

Wouldve liked a firmer bigger bed (it was a king but didnt feel like it. Wanted to look at rebooking for same week next year - again off season - but was considerably more expensive. Restaurant seemed expensive and was cold. Couldve done with a much better welcome pack with more information.

Promising - didnt deliver.

Great location! The surroundings were stunning too! The restaurant was great!

The curtains were covered in mould and there was mould all around the front door. When something says luxury you would expect some basics to be in the accommodation such as soap in the bathroom, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc!
