    The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by forest. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable ! The indoor pool was a plus !

    Great way to end a tour around Maine!
    Very late in the season, so the area was not overrun with tourists! Facility was well maintained-- set up was very nice, staff able to give great information and referrals for what to see/do in our brief stay. I would absolutely recommend, particularly if you have a family.
    Not enough time allocated to this location-- my fault!

    Not bad but a bit pricey for me just wanting a clean bed and shower.
    At least it was clean and in good working order, so no surprises there.
    It's an old motel with its main selling point the indoor pool and the outdoor heated hot tub; neither of which were selling points for me. Dark and my room had two entry points. Price was a bit steep but there are very few low priced options in Kennebunkport. Was here for a wedding and not for foliage or other reasons.
