Great place to enjoy some casino action.

Didnt eat breakfast but did enjoy the friendly staff at the spa facility. Room was clean and orderly with excellent water pressure and the bed was comfortable.

Shower stall was rather small. The sliding door for the bathroom was difficult to close.

I would go again.

Easy to get to. New machines to play. They wiped down the machines often. Staff was very friendly including the sports bar staff.

The mattresses need to be switched out for new ones. They were very uncomfortable. I did let the staff know about that and they said they were in the process of changing them out.

Love the environment and friendliness of the hotel.

Food was great, Place was clean and well cared for. Loved the gift shop and spa salon they employees at both were very nice and helpful. Grand daughter 6 especially enjoyed the rainbow lighting effect around the building.

Thought the shower area was smaller than I'm used to using and the sliding barn door on the bathroom area, not a big fan of that style, when you have kids you kind of like to lock yourself in.

clean, secure, facility, good food, pleasant staff, quiet and comfortable, easy access to areas I wanted to visit, enjoyed the Casino activities as well.

Very poor

Staff was not friendly or welcoming front desk let someone jump in front of me and she waited on that person before me which I thought was very rude and she was not friendly or welcoming and she keep talking to the other staff member and not focusing on the paying customers this hotel is not cheap customer service skills need to be enhanced
