Good

Its a good hotel, with a swimming pool, restaurants and bars. Ocean is just a walk away.

Breakfast was not great, mostly sugar There is nothing much in the immediate surrounding, anywhere interesting needs a car/taxi.

Great hotel, definitely worth another visit

The staff were 10/10, room service options was great, shuttle service to the beach was quick and efficient. The spa facilities was 10/10

Great service, staff where very accomodsting. Our taxi from the airport took us to the wrong hotel. It is confusing as there is another building with a very similar name. We called the hotel who got a car to collect us straight away. The hotel is not far from the hotel but the hotel provides transport to and from the beach, and also provide sunbeds at the hotel along with towels. Great views from our room and lots of facilities, swimming pool, gym and spa. Good location too

Overall a good stay but hotel is missing a lot of opportunities..

The room/ bathroom was spotless clean but dated. The garden is very well maintained, creating a beautiful space and well-desired shade. Absolutely amazing. Nice clean pool, well looked after. Overall clean property. Good breakfast. cater for vegetarians, plant-based drinks in stock. The towel policy is a winner. It's been amazing to have fresh towels for the pool or the beach daily. Really a gold star idea.

The room/ bathroom was clean but dated. Those need renovation. Pool surroundings have a lot of derbies from the trees, which should be blown or swiped away daily, this hasn't happened once during my stay. Those pieces are sharp and uncomfortable under the feet. Staff in the restaurant... specifically one of the staff was visibly unhappy if you ordered something small rather than a full dinner with started and dessert. It was very uncomfortable. The kids club is very poorly managed. Only one of the girls was happy to take care of the children, with creative games and activities. The other couldn't care less wanted to be on her phone.. because of this my little one did not want to go there. The place itself is well equipped but the wrong staff was hired. Kids in the club for a few hrs a day give parents a break, they need on holidays. Very little info about the kids club, a rep should come to the pool and encourage kids to join. No evening entertainment across either property... a 1.5 hr entertainment would kill everyone and would provide something for the kids along with more profits for the restaurant and the bar. Missed opportunity for the hotel.
