Two matresses instead of one : we slept on our own side of the huge bed instead of in the middle. Minor detail.

Beautiful Riad with amazing service.

Very quiet and calm Riad, about 10-15 minutes walk from the main square, 7 minutes walk to Bahai Palace. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and the decor throughout is lovely. Use of the pool and rooftop jacuzzi were great, we were the only ones in there at any point. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast is delicious.

I wouldnt recommend the massage. It was quite expensive for what we received. The masseuse was on her phone throughout and it felt rushed. They asked for a tip in the room which I declined to give as it wasnt cheap and wasnt a great experience. I let the staff know afterwards. It was the only thing that let the accommodation down.

Amazing. Can't recommend enough.

Firstly, the staff made our stay amazing, nothing was too much trouble - the attentiveness and personal touch were incredible. The Riad is a little piece of calmness when compared to the Souk (great location for this) and is a welcome retreat from the bussle of Marrakesh. Even organising trips and spa treatments the night before was no problem. It was a nice change being somewhere where you get to know the staff. Definitely recommend over a larger hotel/resort.

My only (very small) problem was having to pay cash for all the trips and treatments at the end, but this is only because I had to go to the ATM to withdraw the money for it. I understand there are reasons for it, but being able to pay by card would have been easier. If I were a single female traveller, I may not have felt as comfortable carrying a large amount of money on my person.

If staying more than two days the location could work against you, as you have a 5 minute walk to get to a main street that is wide enough for a car or to walk to other places.

Beautiful riad, close enough to the square and distant enough for peaceful getaway-but the winners are the staff!

Photos are true to facilities. The staff is phenomenal!

Just that there was no stand-up shower but that is minute compared to everyones kindness and attentiveness. I had trouble figuring out the hot tub as well-and Im no stranger to hot tubs but a staff member quickly took care of that as well.

This Riad did not disappoint, Location was perfect for our stay. Could not ask for better.

It is difficult as a European to accept the motor scooters. We had to understand that this is the way in Marrakech, however annoying we find it. All over the world, if you give teenage boys the opportunity to be stupid then they will take it.

The property was situated in a less busy part of the Medina, which was a relief as the Medina can be too much after a couple of days. The property has a jacuzzi, and terrace and a pool by the common area. Breakfast was Cest Magnifique! Bedrooms were clean and I slept like a baby. Wish we couldve stayed longer.
