    Air conditioning not sufficient to heat at night and hot water can not be managable properly at shower.

    Beautifully decorated, fantastic crew with special mention to Adil who was a wonderful host taking care of every little details to make our stay as great as possible. Great breakfast and diner. Would stay again with my family of 5.
    The spa was just ok, the ladies working at the spa were a bit brutal on the pedicure and manicure to the extent that my daughter got an infection on her big toe and my wife bled on couple of her fingers. I do not advise to use the spa service, it is not worth the price.

    The staff were super friendly, the hotel always clean and the breakfast very tasty. The views from the terrace with the amazing breakfast was an amazing way to start the day :) highly recommend!

    Top notch location and great service
    Both of our hosts were exceptional! The hotel is very nice, clean and comfy. We loved waking up and having breakfast at the terrace. The location is top notch, very close from the medina. We booked a hamman and a facial and we were pretty happy with the whole stayed in general.
    Neighbours can be noisy, we were woken up several times due to noise outside of the hotel but we do understand its our of the Riads hands.

    I like the interior design, looks a lot like the pictures. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was one of the best out of the 7 accomodations we stayed at in Morocco.
    I asked for help before arriving needing more information about the parking situation. I was sent a map picture which didn't really help without knowing thr area. What we eventually did was try and get as close as possible to the riad, taking turns carrying our pieces of luggage, asking for more parking info face to face at the riad and only then going to the nearest parking place to leave the car. If we would've parked the car first it would've been absolutely exhausting carrying our luggage all the way. Also, the parking recommended was 100 dirhams a day. Not sure if there are any other ones cheaper but in comparison, on our 7 cities tour we never paid more that 25 dirhams a day, not even in Rabat. So maybe try and ask for other options as well.
