Brilliant location in the center of Worcester! Cheap and easy parking at St Martins Gate. Easy to access room and very clean. Highly recommend this place!
We seemed to be missing the TV remote. Although we had the Sky box remote, it wouldnt change the TV volume or turn the TV on. We managed to turn the TV on at the back, but no buttons to turn volume up or down. Could do with the JVC remote also.

fabulous room; super comfy & everything you need-more effort with comms would solve the only probs
spacious, nice kitchen, nice to have a tea tray in a self catering room, very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed and excellent shower, easy access to wifi for workers and very central location but quiet as my room was ground floor and at the back off the main street.
Communication with the team was not great. There was a problem with the entry code which I didn't receive and had to keep messaging and calling to get when my train was approaching Worcester, and they finally responded. I have since asked about the standard TV channels as I couldn't get them to work in the room and would like to return as I visit once a month, and i still haven't received a response! Such a shame as the room itself was absolutely brilliant.

It was cosy and nicely decorated. Everything you needed was in the room.
The door lock entrance was fab, and the young man I dealt with was quick and helpful.
The location was brilliant, too.
Frayed carpets, hallway needed a little attention .

Nice big room, good shower and good sky glass tv with everything on it.
So so noisy as its literally opposite a very busy pub. People coming and going a lot through the night and someone tried to open the door to my room both nights I was staying at around 2am!

Beautiful rooms, well appointed and very comfortable
The check in procedure wasn't as easy as it could have been. This was booked for people and instead of sending check in details to them they sent to the booker which meant there was a problem in gaining access. also the code was sent by email for one room but the 2nd room it was a link that was meant to take you to an online portal to receive the code and the link didn't work. It meant having to make phonecalls at the end of a very long day to gain access which was a shame as everything else about the place is great.

I love staying here! Anytime Im in Worcester, this is the place I book. Convenient location, nice decor, great bathroom and easy access. Decent WiFi for remote working.
