very comfortable stay

Family room is very spacious and clean. Hotel lobby is very impressive . good location with many eating places nearby but away from the crowded casino area. walking distance to casinos, tourist attraction areas like Senado Square, St. Paul ruins etc.

Rio stiil good value

Good size room with excellent bathroom. Great pool facilitywith view.. Gym okay but lacks weights. Location handy to port in easy going and convenient area.

Check in slow. Beds a bit hard by Westy standards.

Great location and excellent room. Decent breakfast options. Surely will come back again.

Beds are ltlle harder than usual. Not much of an issue though. Check-out process takes little time and understandably due to high number of guest during season. Overall a great place to stay.

Not worth of the money. Lisboa hotel was cheaper.

Spacious room, comfy bed, big bathroom, kind a luxury place.

I'm truly disappointed with breakfast which was very poor, I expected far more in this class of hotel and for this price. Served only till 10 am in the city that is known of its nightlife is a horrible idea. Ridiculous check-in process takes enormously long time. Having so many people hired it should be done in seconds without waiting. Stupid requirements related to the payment cards have made me pissed off and wasted too much time without any reason.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory

Good location and the room was comfortable.

Checking in and checking out was not a good experience...... a lot of time wasted waiting in line especially when it was a long day travelling to get to the hotel.
